AMOLED Burn-in Fixer promises an easy fix for your Android smartphone screen's pesky burn-in issues

While it doesn't sound like some magical software wonder worthy of mythical status, the solution apparently worked well enough for at least 30 people who gave it five-star ratings. And the app is free, so you won't lose anything for trying it - apart from having to look at a negative image of everything on your screen for some time. AMOLED Burn-in Fixer needs to be left running for stretches of, say, 30 minutes. There is no time schedule allotted - your screen could like new after five minutes, or after 30 minutes, or after several 30-minute sessions - each case is different.
If you're unsure you actually have a burn-in problem, you can use the app's bundled test to check out how your screen looks against a grey background. That should reveal any ghostly, burning image issues you may have with your display right off the bat.
